Stephen is a former Irish Rugby Union player who played for Ulster, Ireland and the British and Irish Lions. Stephen retired from rugby in June 2014 after a long battle with injury, but since then he has written his autobiography ‘Man and Ball’ and is a regular rugby analyst for many broadcasters. Stephen likes to maintain a healthy lifestyle and is an avid gym goer, he also enjoys playing golf on a regular basis which is his new found passion

Jane McClenaghan

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Author of ‘Vital Nutrition’ and ‘The Vital Nutrition Cookbook’ Jane has been a Nutritional Therapist for over 18 years. As well as her busy clinic in Belfast she runs cookery classes and corporate health wellbeing workshops and is the resident nutritionist on various radio shows. Jane’s philosophy of health and wellbeing is one of balance – simple, effective and practical changes that can fit into anyone’s lifestyle. Jane is Centra’s Nutrition Ambassador and, as part of the free Centra 10-Week Wellness Plan, offers advice on how to lead a healthier life through simple, effective and practical changes in food choices.

Ian Young

Ian Young is one of the leading figures in Northern Ireland’s health and fitness industry with over 20 years experience. For almost a decade Ian has been running one of the largest and most popular Bootcamp / Group Training sessions in Ireland. He is a keen sportsman and a former professional footballer having played for Linfield FC and Crusaders FC where he won four Irish League Championship Medals –  Gold Cup, League Cup & County Antrim Shield  medals. Ian retired from football at just 26yrs of age but his sporting ambitions didn’t stop there as he went on to professional Kickboxing and is a former Irish, British, European & World WKN Kickboxing Champion (Super Welterweight & Light Middleweight).

Aly Harte begins her day with a workout which she regularly documents on social media motivating her followers to get up and face the day ahead to be the best that they can be. Aly aims to help women to accept themselves from their brain to their bones and uses her wellbeing blog to promote this message. Next month she is set to launch her very own multiple movement Aly inspired workout programme to encourage more people to get active.
